How we collect, use, share and protect your personal data in the Digital Specialist app and service (the "Service"), and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where we offer the Service to individuals in the EU/EEA, processing falls under GDPR Art. 3(2).
We do not process special categories of data or biometric data.
Audio and video calls run on our own media server: call content is not sent to a third party.
We store the Service's data on our own servers in Bulgaria (EU). Some recipients above are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914) with a transfer impact assessment. Details are available on request.
Location and movement history is kept for 14 days, then deleted automatically, whatever your account status and whether or not you ask. Your employer's live map shows only your last known position; it is removed when you turn location sharing off, when your membership is suspended, or when you leave the company.
Your employer decides whether and during which hours your location is collected; they cannot extend how long we keep it.
Other personal data is kept only as long as the purposes above require, or until you withdraw consent or delete your account. After a deletion request the account is frozen at once and can be restored for 21 days; erasure then completes within 30 days of the request.
Some records are kept after erasure, with your name, photo and contact details removed (shown as "Former user"):
These records are not anonymous: they remain personal data, kept under the exceptions in Article 17(3) GDPR. Backups are not rewritten; if one is restored, erasure is re-applied within an hour. Offline copies on other users' devices are removed on their next sync or within 30 days, whichever is sooner. Details: account deletion page.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access; rectification; erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restriction; data portability; objection; and to withdraw consent at any time. The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 16; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (Art. 32) — access control, encryption in transit, logging — to protect personal data.
