A company is created automatically when you register โ you can start working right away. To work with an existing team instead, accept an invitation link from a teammate or manager.
One account can belong to several companies. Phone and web each pick their own, so the two can show different companies at the same time.
How many
Free (Basic): one company. Invited to a second, you can upgrade or leave the first โ the app names the company you would leave before anything happens.
Silver or Gold: up to 10. Membership of one paid company is enough; you need not be the one paying.
Switching
Tap the company name under your own in the side menu (on the web, the sidebar header). The list shows each company, your role in it, and a checkmark on the current one. Switching reloads the app for that company โ about a second, and it does not sign you out.
Switching is blocked during a call and while messages are still unsent. In one browser, every open tab follows.
Creating another company
In the switcher, choose Create a company. It asks only for a name; the rest lives in Settings โ Company. The company starts on Basic with you as administrator and already has a project and a first task, so the app opens it and offers the one thing missing: invite someone.
Creating counts toward the same limit as joining, so it needs Silver or Gold, and you can create 10 per day. Two companies with the same name make the switcher hard to read, so the app warns about a duplicate without blocking it.
Leaving a company
In the switcher, tap โฎ beside the company and choose Leave company. The confirmation says what you lose and what you keep, and you stay signed in elsewhere. If you are the only administrator, promote someone first โ the app links to the member list.
What each company sees about you
You have one profile, and each company can see a different version of it. Name, photo and contacts are yours and identical everywhere until you change them for one company. Your job title belongs to the company โ its administrator sets it, so you can be a Foreman in one and a Contractor in the next. (Setting titles needs Silver or Gold; titles already set survive any plan.)
Open Settings โ Profile. With more than one company, a card appears for each below your own details. Every line says where its value comes from: Same everywhere, Only in this company, or Set by this company. A company you have not changed anything for reads โEverything here matches your profileโ. Tap a line to change it for that company alone; leave it empty to fall back to your own. Phone number and Telegram can be hidden from one company without hiding them from the others; name and photo always stay visible, so colleagues can tell who you are.
Change your own name or photo while a company shows something different, and the profile screen says so under that field.
Location works the same way: each company has its own sharing switch and tracking window, so you can share your position with the employer whose shift you are on and not the other. The tracking window is not your working hours โ you can be reachable outside it. The device keeps a master switch too: with location off there, no company receives anything.
Notifications are per company. On the same card you can mute one and stay reachable in the rest; a company cannot un-mute itself. Muting stops that company's push alerts โ messages still arrive in the app and calls still ring, so muting an employer is not disappearing. For one exception, turn on โExcept urgent messagesโ: a teammate can then mark a direct message urgent and reach you. Nobody but you can switch it on.
Your position on the map
Location and presence go only to the company you are currently viewing. Colleagues in your other companies see you as offline until you switch back. One employer never receives another's location data.
Task counts and charts by status and priority. Filter by project, pick a period โ Today, Week, Month or Quarter โ and switch between My work and Team (Managers and Admins only). Cards flag overdue and stale tasks.
See your teammates and reach them quickly. Set your preferred messenger โ Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber โ in Settings, so they can contact you straight from Contacts.
Availability Status
Teammates' availability โ online, away, do not disturb โ shows in Contacts and Chat.
Set your status in Settings โ Profile โ pick a suggested one like ๐ท On site, ๐ Driving, or ๐ฝ️ Lunch break. Available on all plans.
Custom statuses (your own emoji and text), notification snooze, and working hours require Silver or higher.
Voice & Video Calls
Start a 1-1 call with any teammate directly from the Contacts screen.
Audio calls are available on all plans.
Video calls require a Silver subscription or higher.
Screen sharing during a call requires a Gold subscription.
Camera off: a participant with the camera off shows as an avatar with a โcamera offโ label, not a black screen. Your own camera pauses when the screen locks or the app goes to the background, and resumes when you return.
Line busy: calling someone already on another call returns โline busyโ and leaves them a missed-call note.
Message teammates in the app, without switching to an external messenger. Messaging has four tabs โ Direct, Groups, Tasks and Threads โ with one search field above them.
Search and new chats
The field above the tabs searches everything at once: people, groups, task chats and messages. Tap a message to jump straight to it, inside its discussion if it was a reply there.
Type is:thread to search discussions only.
Start a 1-1 chat from New chat (the pencil button on the Direct tab), from a teammate's contact card, or by searching their name.
Messages
Send text, photos, documents and voice messages; @mention colleagues; react with emoji; edit or delete your own messages.
Reply quotes a message in the chat. Reply in thread opens a separate discussion under it, so a side question doesn't bury the main chat. Hold Send (or right-click it) and choose Send to thread and chat to post your reply in both places.
Forward a message to one or more chats. Saved Messages is your personal notes chat โ forward anything there to keep it.
Translate a message into your language from its menu (uses one AI action).
Pin important messages to the top of the conversation.
Create a Poll or a Quiz from the attachment menu โ multiple answers, anonymous voting and an optional closing time.
Hold the Send button for more ways to send:
Send later โ pick a time; if the person is off shift, the app offers the moment they're back.
Send as urgent โ reaches them even in Do not disturb and quiet hours, and notifies again (up to 3 times) until it is read. In a direct chat it's offered while the other person is in Do not disturb; in a group, to the company's managers and admins.
Send and ask to confirm (group admins) โ members get a Got it button and you see how many confirmed.
Your chat list
Long-press a chat (right-click on the web) for its menu: Pin to top (up to 5 per tab), Mark as unread and, depending on the chat, Mute notifications, Hide chat (direct and task chats โ it comes back with the next message), Show task, Group info or Leave group.
Inside any chat, โฎ has Pin to top and Mute notifications (for an hour, 8 hours, until tomorrow, 7 days or always).
Favourite colleagues: tap the โ in a direct chat's header. Favourites are listed at the top of the Direct tab and first when you forward or share.
Long-press a tab for Mark all as read, Mute all notifications and Sort by unread.
Groups
Every company has a company group with everyone in it. You can't leave it, but you can mute it.
Create a group from the Groups tab (or New chat โ New group): pick the members, then a name and an icon. You become its owner. Company observers can't create groups.
Roles: the owner and admins edit the group, add and remove members, pin and delete messages, and archive it; members read, post and react. Company admins have admin rights in every group they are in.
Group info (tap the group's name) sets three things: who can post (everyone, or only admins โ an announcement channel where members can still react and reply in threads), who can add members, and who can use @all.
Notifications per group: All messages, Only mentions and replies, or muted. A personal @mention reaches you even in a muted group.
Sending @all to a group of 6 or more asks first how many people it will notify.
A double tick means someone in the group has read your message. There is deliberately no list of who has read it โ if you need confirmation, use Send and ask to confirm.
Leave group from the group's menu or its info. An owner who leaves picks the next owner first.
When a group's work is done, an admin archives it: it becomes read-only and moves to Archived groups at the end of the Groups list (the row appears once there is an archive). Archived groups are still found by search. Only the owner can delete a group.
Group calls
Tap the phone in a group's header to start a voice call. Nobody's phone rings: members get one notification ("Anna started a call") and the group shows a Call in progress bar with Join.
Group calls are voice only โ no video, so they hold up on a weak site signal.
You join with your microphone off; the person who starts the call starts with it on. Tap Unmute to talk.
Up to 25 people at once. When the call is full, the bar says Full.
Leave whenever you like โ the call goes on for the others. It ends by itself 30 seconds after the last person leaves, and the group shows Call ended with how long it lasted and how many people took part.
Press Back to keep talking while you use the app; the green bar at the top brings you back to the call.
Who can start a call: whoever can post in the group (in an announcement channel, its admins). Everyone in the group can join; company observers join to listen.
If the app closes during a call, reopening it within a few minutes offers Rejoin the call โ your microphone never turns on by itself.
Calls are not recorded, and they are available on every plan. Join and leave sounds can be turned off in Settings โ Preferences.
Task Conversations
Every task has a conversation โ the same one as the task's comments. Open it from the task or the Tasks tab.
Participants follow the task: its owner, its assignee and anyone who has written in it.
Long-press a task chat for Show task, pinning, read/unread and Hide chat.
Chats of archived tasks are hidden from the list automatically for everyone, and reappear if the task is restored.
Threads
The Threads tab lists every discussion you follow โ the ones you started, replied to or were mentioned in โ with the latest reply first.
Use the Unread filter and Mark all as read; tap the ๐ in a discussion to follow or unfollow it.
Quiet hours
In Settings โ Preferences โ Notifications โ Quiet hours, set when chats may make a sound (separately for weekdays and weekends). Outside those hours messages still arrive, silently.
Calls and urgent messages always ring.
Voice Message Transcription
Tap the transcript icon on a voice message to read it instead of listening โ useful on a noisy site or in a meeting.
Tap the up arrow to hide the transcript again.
Each voice message is transcribed once and the result is saved, so anyone opening it later sees the text instantly and it costs no further AI actions.
The first transcription of a voice message uses one AI action from your daily allowance.
Requires a Silver or Gold subscription.
Mira (AI Assistant)
Every user has a conversation with Mira, the built-in AI assistant. Ask her about your tasks, projects and team โ she uses the same tools as the AI agents.
AI and people
Mira and AI agents look up facts and carry out what you decide. They never choose, rank or evaluate people: who does what and how anyone's work is going is always decided by a person. Ask Mira where a teammate is or what they are assigned and she tells you; ask her who works best or slowest and she leaves that judgement to you and offers the facts instead. If you ask for a task without saying who should do it, she asks you who should do it rather than picking someone. An AI agent that wants to give a task to a person sends the proposal to the agent inbox, where a manager approves or edits it.
Managers and owners can ask Mira in plain language how the company, a team or a project is doing, and get a short answer with charts, in the chat.
Open your 1-1 chat with Mira and ask naturally, e.g. โWhat's the status of the Riverside
project?โ, โAre we closing more tasks than we're creating?โ, โWhich
project has the most open tasks?โ, โAnything overdue I should worry about?โ, or โHow's our
completion rate vs last month?โ
Mira replies with a short interpretation plus chart cards: throughput (created vs completed over time), completion rate, overdue / due-soon / stale work, per-project health and cycle & lead time (how long tasks take from start to done). The figures are for the company, a project or a team as a whole โ Mira does not rate individual people.
Ask for a comparison (โvs last weekโ, โvs last monthโ) and each number is
shown against the previous period, with the change.
When something needs action she offers a follow-up โ a review task or a message to a lead โ which runs only after you confirm.
Who can use it: company owners and managers only. Everyone else gets their own
personal task summary instead. Available on Silver and Gold
plans.
Tip: the Dashboard is for exploring interactively; Mira answers one specific question on demand, in words and a picture.
Kanban board with drag-and-drop between columns: Open, In Progress, Done.
Set task priority: Low, Medium or High.
Attach photos and documents to any task.
Add comments with reactions, replies, and @mentions.
Use Markdown in task descriptions for formatting.
Search and filter tasks by status, priority, assignee, or project.
Share tasks with teammates via deep links.
Bulk edit: tap Select in the task list, pick several tasks, then change assignee, owner, status or priority at once, or archive them. The change can be undone.
Draft autosave: close the new-task form before saving and its title and description come back next time, with a one-tap option to clear the draft.
Need to create many tasks at once from a spreadsheet? See the CSV Import Guide โ (requires Silver or Gold).
Create polygon geo-zones on the map to define work areas, job sites, or restricted zones. Managers can see when team members and agents enter and leave these areas.
View presence history for each zone.
See visit duration โ how long each person spent in the area.
Archive a sector you no longer work in (managers and admins) โ from the โฎ menu in the sector list or the archive button in the sector card. The sector leaves the map and the lists; its tasks stay open and stay on the map, and its inventory, files and 3D model are kept. Find it again with the Archived filter and restore it at any time.
Have many boundaries already in a GIS tool? Import them from a spreadsheet โ see the CSV Area Import Guide โ (requires Silver or Gold).
Catalogue what is physically on site โ equipment, materials, tools, assets. Each item has a title, a quantity with a unit, and an owner, plus optional serial numbers, category and sector (its โhomeโ).
Adding items
Scan a barcode or QR code โ the fastest, most reliable way. A DS asset-tag QR opens its item directly; any other code is looked up across your company and offers merge-vs-create. Re-scanning a code adds +1 to the quantity.
Take a photo โ the AI reads a nameplate into the fields, or finds several items in one shot for you to confirm. Nothing is saved until you do, and you can retake or add what it missed. (The first photo analysis asks your consent.)
Add manually โ the classic form, always available.
Categories
Group items with categories that each carry an identity icon. The AI suggests a category (and its icon) as you type.
Long-press a category to rename it, change its icon, or merge it into another.
Sectors & location
An item's sector is its home, and it is optional. Items without one show as Unplaced and filter separately.
Scanning records an item's last-seen location (GPS) silently, with no prompts. Open the item to Show on map or get directions to it.
An item last seen in a sector other than its home is flagged Misplaced; filter for these to track down strays.
Open a sector to use its Inventory in this sector button โ the items filed there.
Scan modes (check out, transfer, and more)
The scanner has action modes, and starts in Count, which only identifies and counts. Pick another mode once and it applies to every item you scan, so a whole batch needs no per-item tapping:
Check out โ take a tool into work: status โIn useโ, custody to you or a chosen person.
Check in โ return it: status โAvailableโ, custody cleared.
Receive here โ place stock into your current sector.
Transfer โ move items to another sector and/or hand them to a colleague.
Set status โ mark items Damaged, Needs maintenance, Retired, and so on.
Inspect โ log an inspection and set the next-due date.
Consume / Restock โ subtract or add quantity for bulk materials.
Count / Audit โ stocktake a sector, showing what has been seen and what is still missing.
A banner shows the active mode while it's on; tap To Count to go back to normal scanning. Retiring an item asks you to confirm. Every action is recorded and can be undone.
Labels, import & offline
Print asset labels (thermal or A4 sheets) with a QR/barcode so items can be scanned later.
Upload IFC building models to a geo area and view them in the app, with tasks pinned to exact 3D locations.
โน๏ธ Gold plan required: BIM visualization is available on the Gold subscription tier.
Uploading a BIM Model
Open a geo area detail screen.
Tap Upload BIM Model (Managers and Admins only).
Select an .ifc file, up to 200 MB.
Conversion runs in the background; a push notification tells you when the model is ready.
Viewing the 3D Model
Tap View BIM Model on the geo area detail screen. The viewer opens full-screen: pinch to zoom, drag to orbit, two-finger drag to pan.
Toolbar Modes
Navigate โ orbit and zoom (default).
Select โ tap an element to see its type and name.
Measure โ tap two points for the distance in meters.
Section โ tap a surface to cut a plane through it and see inside walls.
Create Task โ tap the model to pin a task at that 3D point.
Walk โ first-person walkthrough, moved with the on-screen controls.
Creating Tasks from the 3D Model
In Create Task mode tap a surface, or long-press anywhere on the model in any mode.
A pin drops at that point and the task form opens.
Submit, and the pin appears in the 3D view with a screenshot attached to the task.
Asking Mira to place a task
You need not open the model at all. Tell Mira where the work is, in your own words, by voice or text:
โCreate a task on the third floor by the lift โ the call button is broken.โ
Name the floor as you normally would (โthird floorโ, โbasementโ) and the landmark as you would say it aloud (โby the liftโ, โpump P-2โ). Mira matches it against the model in English, Russian and Bulgarian.
If your company has only one 3D model, you don't need to name the sector.
Mira replies with the task key and the floor and element she pinned to. If she could not pin it, she says the task has no 3D location rather than guessing.
When several things match, she asks, showing each with its floor and what it stands next to (โLift-01 โ near the main stair โ Level 3โ). Nothing is created until you choose.
๐ก Tip: If the landmark you name is unique, Mira won't ask about the floor โ one sentence is enough.
Viewing Task Pins
Pinned tasks appear as colored markers: blue open, orange in progress, green done.
Tap a marker for the task details and the viewpoint it was created from.
Opening a pinned task's 3D location isolates its floor, so you see that storey rather than the whole building stacked up.
The floor also shows on the task card, next to the building icon.
Filter narrows the markers by owner, assignee, status or priority; its icon highlights while a filter is on.
Tasks toggles the markers off and on.
Additional Tools
Floors โ isolate individual storeys.
Types โ show or hide element categories such as walls, doors and pipes.
Home โ reset the camera to the initial overview.
Signal drops on site. DS keeps working and sends what you did once it can.
Works with no connection
Open your board, projects, sectors, and documents you have already viewed.
Create tasks, comment, record voice notes, attach photos, log inventory.
These wait on the device and send themselves. Nothing you write offline is dropped to make room.
Needs a connection
Reassigning a task, changing its due date or priority, archiving, and anything about AI agents, approvals or subscriptions. The app says “This action needs a live connection to the server” instead of pretending it worked — two people deciding the same thing offline would overwrite each other.
The sync indicator
It appears only when there is something to know: Offline, Sending…, N items waiting to send, N items didn't send. Tap it for the list and to retry. Nothing showing means Everything is sent.
Something not yet saved on the device reads “Unavailable offline” and loads when you are back.
โน๏ธ Map presence, live status and directives depend on the integration. An agent appears on the map, shows a status other than Offline, and obeys Stop / Pause only if whoever built it implemented the agent work loop (Step 5 of the setup guide). If a new agent sits at Offline and ignores commands, that is the first thing to check with your integrator.
Open Agents from the side menu: everything your agents need from a person, and the controls to supervise them.
Tasks handed to me
An agent that is not confident enough to finish a task hands it back to the task's owner with a short context summary. It cannot pick anyone else on its own: it may propose another person, and that proposal waits in the Agent Inbox until a manager approves it. The hand-off appears here and as a notification: Accept to take over, or Decline to send it back. Everyone has this, and a task can only be handed to someone allowed into that task's project.
Agent Inbox
Everything your agents are waiting on a human for, in one place:
Needs input โ actions an agent wants approved before it runs them. Managers can Accept, Edit the proposal and then accept, Respond to a question, or Ignore.
Errors โ runtime errors an agent reported, so you can step in.
Which actions need approval is company policy. By default only archiving does; an administrator can require it for more, such as closing tasks.
Fleet console
Managers and admins get a live roster of every agent: status (Working / Idle / Needs input / Error / Paused / Offline), current task, and a badge for anything awaiting a decision. Search and filter by status, tap an agent to open its Live status (state, position, recent activity), or use Talk to drone to open a chat with it.
Send a command
From an agent's row, send a structured directive: Stop, Reprioritize a task, or Redirect it to another. The agent picks the command up and confirms it. A directive only instructs; whatever the agent then does still passes the approval policy above.
Pause & resume
If something looks wrong, pause an agent's autonomous activity instantly:
Pause agent โ from its row or its Live status.
Pause all agents โ the company-wide emergency stop, for managers and admins. It overrides a per-agent resume.
A paused agent is refused any action that changes shared data โ creating or closing tasks, comments, messages, files, imports and the rest. It can still read, and you can still review and resolve its pending requests. Resuming restores it, or leaves it on โNeeds inputโ if approvals are still waiting. Paused agents show a greyed ring on the map.
Activity timeline
Every agent action is recorded: status changes, tool calls, comments, locations visited, approvals and hand-offs. Open the timeline from an agent's Live status or from a task to replay exactly what it did.
Connect your AI agent to Digital Specialist via the MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. MCP lets AI agents interact with your company data using standardized tools.
Found a bug, missing a feature, or something in DS just annoys you? Tell Mira in your own words โ in the app or in Telegram โ and she passes it straight to the DS product team.
Just say it โ โthe app logs me out every hourโ, โI wish I could filter tasks by sectorโ, โthe map is unusable on a small screenโ.
She'll show you what she's sending whenever she wrote it up for you, so you can correct it first. If you dictated it yourself, it goes straight through.
Changed your mind? Tap Undo (or say โundoโ) within 15 minutes and it's withdrawn.
Ask โwhat have I sent?โ any time to see your own submissions and their status.
This is for feedback about the app itself. Something to fix on site, or a job for a colleague, is a task โ just ask Mira to create one.
The DS team reads everything. We can't reply to each message or promise a date, but nothing gets lost.
Preferences โ theme, language, Maps (Google or Yandex), preferred Messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber), and Telegram bot linking.
Location โ your location-sharing schedule. Android only.
Company โ name, country, VAT number and Leave the company. Admins and Managers also get Manage Employees (invite, change roles, remove), Clients, Manage Files and Audit Log.
Company โ Clients โ the companies you work for. Link a project or a task to a client, then export the work completed for them over a period.
Subscription โ your plan and how much of it you are using.
Privacy โ your data, location consent and retention, data download, account deletion.
About โ app version, this guide and the legal documents.
Sign-in uses your Google account, or Yandex ID where Google sign-in is unavailable. Both work on Android and on the web.
There are three plans: Free (Basic), Silver and Gold. What your company's plan includes โ team size, projects, clients, storage, AI agents and daily AI actions โ is shown in the app under Settings โ Subscription.
Open Settings โ Privacy and choose to delete your account. You need to be online, and you confirm by typing your email address.
The screen lists what goes: the companies you leave, and the tasks you own or are assigned. A company left with no one closes too, along with its projects, tasks and files.
Comments and messages you wrote stay with the company, no longer under your name.
If you are a company's only administrator, promote someone else first.
Nothing is erased straight away. The screen shows the date, and Keep my account cancels it until then.
A paid subscription is not cancelled by this — manage it in Google Play.
