About Digital Specialist

Digital Specialist is built by Vladimir Kozlov, a Bulgarian living in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Vladimir has 18 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, including as a CTO. His experience covers IBM, logistics, fintech and banking.

The idea came from a friend in Bulgaria whose team dismantles decommissioned wind turbines across Europe, foundations included. It started with that work, on sites in different countries, and then grew into a tool for field teams of every kind.

Mission: Noor Orbis

Our mission is Noor Orbis: a new world where drones and people work together in harmony.
