What counts as a seat?
One person on your team: an active member or a pending invitation. AI agents and the Mira assistant never take a seat. Seats follow the team — a new person is added at once, prorated for the rest of the period; when someone leaves, the lower price applies from the next renewal.
What happens when the 14-day Gold trial ends?
Nothing is charged — the trial needs no card. Your company goes back to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one, and no data is deleted. Until 1 April 2027, choosing a plan from 3 days before to 7 days after the trial ends gets 30% off the first year (not in countries with a regional price).
How do I cancel? Can I get a refund?
An administrator or manager cancels in the web app (Settings → Subscription); the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of an annual renewal — see the refund policy.
Do I need a card, and how can I pay?
No card for the Free plan or the trial. A paid plan is bought on our secure pay page run by Paddle, our Merchant of Record: card or another method available in your country. A company that prefers a bank transfer against an invoice can write to us.
Prices are per seat in US dollars (in euros for buyers in the EU/EEA and Switzerland), excluding VAT, which is added at checkout according to your billing country. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders; it handles payments, invoices and refunds. Cancel anytime in billing settings. Back to home
